Knowledge is the key to understanding and compassion. Stigma and discrimination against people with brain illnesses can only be eliminated through attempting to understand the current science of the brain. In this vein, the "It's a Brain Thing" video series was developed by Dr. David Henley, a member of the Indiana Psychiatric Society.
